Self-Storage in Paradise, CA

I had some things in my storage locker during the Camp-Fire, and they didn't burn. A lot to be said about steel buildings and asphalt. Always friendly, even if I'm late....

Easy setup for storage, the office allows you to reserve a unit by phone and the hours are convenient, they stay open even after the office closes so you still have access to your unit. The units are a good size including the smaller units and the counter people are super nice and friendly. The location requires a code to get in and out so good security there. It's in kind of a weird location so that's kind of a bummer it's on a busy street and downhill so you have to rev uphill to get to the road. Other than that everything else is good.

I recently rented a storage unit from Extra Self Storage in Paradise Ca. The rows of units looked very clean, and the security gates looked...sturdy. In the office, Danielle was very thorough, explaining the rental fees, insurance, rules, and gate instructions. She was also courteous. Due to the small office, she asked a young lady who entered, to step outside for a moment due to covid restrictions and the credit card information we were going over. The unit itself is really clean. It looks brand new! I've already started using it. Thanks Danielle :)
